Booking and Payment:
All personal training sessions must be booked in advance and paid for in full prior to the session. Payment can be made via cash, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.

Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for personal training sessions for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, or unused sessions.

Health and Safety:
Clients are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or limitations to the trainer before commencing any training sessions. The trainer reserves the right to modify or cancel sessions based on the client's health and safety concerns.

Liability Waiver:
Clients understand that participation in physical training activities carries inherent risks and agree to release the trainer from any liability for injuries sustained during or as a result of training sessions.

Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a training session. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture and deduction of the training session from the purchased package.

Expiration Policy:
All packages purchased must be utilized within the specified validity period. Personal training sessions are considered void after this time period.

Confidentiality:
Any personal or sensitive information shared during training sessions will be kept confidential by the trainer and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.

Termination of Services:
The trainer reserves the right to terminate services at any time if the client fails to adhere to these terms and conditions or behaves in a manner that is disrespectful or disruptive.

Feedback and Communication:
Clients are encouraged to provide feedback on their training experience and communicate any concerns or questions they may have with the trainer in a timely and respectful manner.

Package Renewal:
The terms and conditions apply to the renewal of training packages as well. Clients will be informed of any changes or updates to the terms prior to renewing their package.

Results Disclaimer:
While we fully believe that exercise, especially personalized exercises, is beneficial to your health and wellness, we cannot guarantee specific results from training sessions. We make no representations or warranties regarding weight loss, muscle gain, or the ability to engage in specific physical or athletic activities. We strongly encourage you to follow a healthy diet in conjunction with personal training and continued exercise.
By booking personal training sessions with us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
